“The best outdoor fitness vacation!”

Sabrina was looking for a wellness retreat in Canada, specifically a weight loss retreat in B.C. (as she lived in nearby Vancouver). It was great to work with her especially on helping with confidence, self-esteem and believing in her athletic ability! She enjoyed that we embraced positive body image while giving tips – it was more than just an outdoor fitness vacation. 

I’m so glad to find Whistler Fitness Vacations – I’ve been here for just over a month, and lost twenty pounds!

I love the hiking days and the mountains are absolutely gorgeous.

The trainers are really supportive, they push you to what you can do and I’ve learnt a lot! I’ve got so much better, I’ve been able to run further than when I first started and I just feel completely different than a month ago – more energy, I feel better.

The food is absolutely amazing, easy recipes and easy to cook. Cooking for one is sometimes not easy at home, but with The Planet Friendly Diet, it’s achievable! Having my own place and being away from home for the first time has been a change, and it’s been really good.

I would recommend this outdoor fitness vacation to friends. I didn’t know if I liked the outdoors but it turns out, I love the outdoors! I love running outside versus the gym now. I recommend Whistler Fitness Vacations to people who want to have a change in their life and really try to push themselves.
