Emma was in excellent physical condition already, coming to our body transformation retreat mostly to kick start healthier habits. Sometimes it’s hard to find time for self-care when you’re a busy mom and work a full time career! Plus family life and ever growing lists. My main goal was to work with her to organize priorities in a way that created encouraging results. Motivation is not something that you’ll need to ‘find’ when it comes as a natural ‘feeling.’

I’ve been here for one week at Whistler Fitness Vacations. It’s been the most incredible experience! I came here in relatively good shape, having an athletic past, but I’d just fallen off the wagon in terms of my fitness. My weight also wasn’t where I wanted it to be.
In one week, Cat Smiley has given me new strategies. She’s helped me lose 5 pounds in 5 days… I’m just so excited. Cat has not only put me on the right track with my fitness but she’s also given me planning and preparation with my nutrition and meals.
I’m a busy Mum, I’m turning 40.. I needed help figuring out how to fit this all in. And that’s what Cat has done the whole time through the boot camp weight loss retreat. She pushed us, she pushed me so that I could get the most out of my workouts. But she also told me why, and shared strategies that helped me put it all together.
I’m leaving here feeling absolutely amazing. I know I can continue on this journey – it’s not the end of it. And I’m going to hit my target weight, I think, in the next month. So I’m so, so excited.

One of the key take-home lessons from our women’s weight loss retreats are the simple tips to increased awareness. Notice the small things that you did for yourself, like choosing nourishing food, taking a few deep breaths and consciously drinking water.
